Well, some of these are along the lines of so-called "dark" UX Writing (actually deceptive UX Writing) and it's NOT best practice in UX Writing. It might be best practice in Marketing, but it is not in UX or in UX Writing. Recommending UX Writers to use these is not only wrong on a technical, but also on a moral level.
